FORMAT OF THE BEIJING RULES

The Rules are divided into six parts and are accompanied by a commentary
expanding upon and explaining each individual rule. These six parts are:
General Principles;
Investigation and Prosecution;
Adjudication and Disposition;
Non-Institutional Treatment;
Institutional Treatment; and
Research, Planning, Policy
