Beth Laddin
Beth Laddin, Field Instructor, CPS and RCCP Components, CPSTI; Extension
Associate, Family Life Development
Center, was the state-wide coordinator for the Risk Assessment Project.
Prior to being hired by Cornell in 1991, she held
several positions in the Department of Child and Youth Services in
Connecticut. In these various roles she was responsible
for evaluating, monitoring and consulting with community social service
programs and residential facilities to ensure quality
service delivery; she developed and implemented surveys and monitoring
inventories to track qualitative and quantitative
program data in the area of child abuse including child sexual abuse; and
has provided direct care and clinical services to
families and children in several residential facilities. Ms. Laddin has
her M.S.W. from the University of Connecticut.
